Return & exchanges


According to the law, you are able to return your order beyond the 14 days of your receipt. Returnes must include its original packaging (e.g. cotton cover), as it’s been received by the customer. Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for a return or refund. Used items or items without the original packaging cannot be accepted and will be sent back without a refund. If you decide to return your order within 14 days without any reason, you are eligible to mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt , including shipping costs. However, its important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LORO ORO when sent back . Returns for refund are processed within 14 working days of receiving the item. Payments will be credited back the same way your payment was made.

In a case of return the package needs to be properly packed to avoid damages when sent back. Claiming items will be accepted with no cash delivery.

Every our item has 24 months guarantee by the law.The tax document (invoice) of our product is a provement as a guarantee. Claims do not apply for worn items and not fitted with all security tags and labels.

We have 30 days to process your reclaim, but we will do our best to do it as quick as possible.
